Randy came out for a water main leak at my house that required excavation. As soon as my yard was marked by 811, Randy came out and had us set and ready for the process. He and his crew had us back up and with water within hours. He responded to my initial call within an hour and called each time he was on his way so we could sequester animals before he arrived. Absolutely incredible service at an affordable rate. Randy L. Heck IS my plumber going forward. HIGHLY recommend!

I will never use anyone else ! I called every plumber in the area. The 2 large ones who had staff answered phones, but scheduling 2 1/2 weeks out. I left messages for others and Randy was the only one who returned my call. I had a leaking outdoor spigot that had no way of turning off. He said he was booked solid, but would come at 7:30 am on his way to his first job. In and out in less than 1 hr. He was dressed professionally, on time, answered my questions willingly, was prepared with a new quality spigot in his van and his pricing was in the normal range. We had our water pipe from the meter to the house replaced. Randy and his crew started bright and early. Randy explained the job to me throughout the whole process. They were very professional and worked like clockwork. I will be recommending them to everyone!!
