“The new Hygentist Beth was very rough and rushed through the teeth cleaning portion of my visit. Definitely not the normal experience of this office. My gums took a beating for the first time since I've been a patient of Dr. Pratt. I will definitely continue as Dr. Pratts patient but will request a more calm, deliberate cleaning experience next time. The other 2 hygienists are thorough but do not attack your mouth like you are a cadaver“
