I've been coming about a month. Incredibly friendly people and the instructors are excellent. Super nervous to even walk in the door at first but have had extremely welcoming vibes every time.

I’ve worked out most of my life. I thought I was strong. This stuff is a whole new level. I’m 265 lbs 5’11” I’ve been tapped by guys half my size. It’s like a super power I love it, even tho I’m getting crushed! It’s very welcoming. You get what you put into it. If you want to be competitive they have the guys to push you or you can just use it as a work out.

Amazing gym. It’s family oriented, and clean, as well as, highly competitive. Great place to train as a female, great training partners and instructors. The quality is very apparent when competing but just as helpful if you don’t compete. Hard to find the best of both worlds, or somewhere where you don’t just roll 24/7. Highly recommended, especially as a female.
