If you are looking for a home to practice ground arts, practice here! There is a jujitsu class dedicated specifically to women. The people that train here are very friendly and encouraging. The instruction is informative and paced to fit every need. You just have to come and try it out for yourself. Walk in the door and you will be welcomed. The jujitsu classes will help you sleep better, gain strength and you will be reminded of muscles you never thought you had. You will work hard in the process but after class ask yourself why you waited so long to have this much fun! If you are a woman this will help you learn self defense skills and develop strength.
