Bob is genuinely one of the best humans out there. He’s a fantastic artist and truly knows his craft, he did my moms first tattoo 20 years ago and my first tattoo 3 years ago. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Came in on a whim for 2 ear piercings and Kate was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and comforting throughout the whole process. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect and I’m so happy with how my piercings turned out! Would recommend this place and artist (Kate) to everyone!!

This is by far one of the best experiences with customer service I've ever had. Nobody likes when something is wrong with their home. My roof had some shingles fall off during some strong winds. If you live in Pittsburgh you can relate. They fixed not only the problems I thought I had but ones I didn't know existed. Peace of mind is priceless. I have that now not only because they did such a great job, but the fact that I have a reliable source in the future. Thank You Again

Heather, the girl who talked with me explained the different levels of tanning and also what I could do if my face was too dark. My son was getting married that weekend and I have had awful experiences with too dark tans especially on my face which made me look dark orange and fake. She was so knowledgeable and friendly.
