My knee and hip pain went from 8 to 0 after one session! I play multiple racquet sports including tennis, platform tennis, and pickleball. After back to back matches my knee and hip flared, the pain was severe enough and ibuprofen didn't help. Nancy did her thing with the Rossiter techniques to my calves, hamstrings and IT and I left the session with minimal soreness. This is my second time she immediately improved how I felt. The first time I woke with a stiff neck and after her treatment I was pain free! I highly recommend her if you're experiencing pain.

This is the second time Nancy has done Rossiter Stretching on me. When my plantar fasciitis acts up, this is the only thing that I have found for immediate and lasting relief. I have gone 11 months since last needing a session with no issues at all. After just 1 session my 7/10 foot pain is nearly gone and even my hip that was nagging a little is back to 100%. Nancy is great to work with, listens to you and coaches you through the stretching well. I highly recommend her services!
