The house was in perfect condition when I returned. Everything was very professional. I made the appointment with the owner. In our talk I told him about my blind black lab. “Oh my gosh! Couldn't be more pleased. Our mini schnauzer pooped blood all over our carpeting and also became incontinent. Sorry for the details, but it's important because Servicemaster Clean By Zupancic got everything out. They couldn't have been more professional, responsive, and kind. By the way, the mini schnauzer survived. I will always use these guys. Had Stanley Steemer in. Charged twice the amount. Got nothing out. Not the blood; not the urine.
