“From Buddy's 1st puppy appointment, he continues to be treated with kindness. They take the time to learn about all. When Buddy is grumpy, he is understood and soothed. I have called, expressing he is not himself. I am carefully listened to. When concerns arise, options are explained, without judgment, allowing YOU to take the time to make an informed decision. Nothing is pushed on you, just respect, and understanding. It is understood you will call back numerous times to ask more questions.

“Dr. Todd and the staff at Lambs Gap Animal Hospital are wonderful. They are all animal people, very compassionate. Dr. Todd takes her time, she is very thorough, and explains everything so I understand. Dr. Todd is the only vet I would allow to take care of my Jimmy.“

“Had a new dog appointment with Dr Cincotti at the Linglestown office. Everyone was very nice and professional.
Dr. Cincotti did a thorough exam and answered my concerns. I would recommend DCAH, both offices, since I have had all my animals at the 2 offices.“

“Compassionate, truthful, doesn't do tests without checking with you and they are forthright about possibilities and probabilities. As with any vet it seems that they're more expensive than people doctors. However, if you are prepared to care for your animals, this is a great place to be when they are sick and not feeling well!“

“First visit with our dog Ted today at Derry Animal Hospital, after moving here from NC. Their practice is different from other vets, texting them from the parking lot when you arrive and not going into the exam room with your pet. After his exam Ted was returned to us and Dr Crescenzi came out to speak with us. She had given him a thorough examination and also several chiropractic adjustments. We appreciated the time she spent with us and the information she provided to keep Teddy healthy. Dr Crescenzi was a delight and the staff friendly and professional.“

“Good Hope Animal Hospital is a fantastic place to bring our dog. Staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. Ours doesn't do well with other dogs around and they've always made arrangements so that we can either enter through a different door or plan accordingly so that he can go straight into a room when we arrive. Dr. Davie is wonderful, attentive and helpful.“

“Great staff! They are so kind & very knowledgeable. The facility has a lot of upgrades, like ultrasounds. We had some traumatic issues & empathy was abundant with each staff member.

They were willing to come out to our car to check out our furbaby so we didn't have to go into the facility.

Only thing which is a non starter, are higher prices. Wish they were lower, but thats how it goes.“

“My wife has been fostering kittens for a couple years now. We have been lucky with our foster kittens, but this morning one of our new foster kittens was near death. Our adult cats are seen regularly at Winding Hill, so that was our first call. They were so understanding and gracious, and asked us to bring the kitten in right away. They were able to see the kitten immediately and treated her with such care and dignity. Even though the kitten could not be saved, the staff and doctor were thorough and provided the best care possible under the circumstances. And they did not make this visit a financial burden for us either. Top notch care without charging us an arm and a leg - GREAT veterinary practice in Mechanicsburg!“

“My dog was very nervous upon arrival. After being treated by the staff he was happy and greeting everyone. Which showed me that he was with a great group of people. He was diagnosed with a UTI and unfortunately developed complications overnight. I brought him back in the next morning where he was treated and is now doing great. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I would bring him back here again in an emergency.“

It was an emergency visit and we had never met her before. But it was as if she'd been Lily's vet for years. Her kind, calm, experienced voice led us to be able to better handle such a difficult time. Thank you Dr. Konetski. “Dr. Heidecker is one of the best vets around. He is kind and compassionate. He is very easy to talk to and explains things so I can understand. You can tell He loves animals, which is very important to me for whomever sees my fur babies. He has been our family vet for over 20 years. As long as he is in practice, my kiddos will see no one else.“
