I have horror stories about nearly every veterinarians office in the Mechanicsburg area, and I would personally advise against most of them. But Gettysburg Pike Animal Clinic is a different story. Dr. Ramos-Rivera is a smart, compassionate, and talented vet who puts true care into the work she does. Our dog has a multitude of chronic ailments and Dr. Ramos-Rivera has deftly navigated them over the years while keeping his quality of life high. You owe it to your pets to take them here! Also, the staff is incredible!!

Dr. Ramos is an outstanding veterinarian in every way. She really cares and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. We had to have our 13 year old dog euthanized due to lymphoma. Everything about the whole process was made as accommodating as possible by Dr. Ramos and her staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gettysburg Pike Animal Clinic with Dr. Ramos-Rivera and her entire team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring—especially toward my two goldendoodles.

Dr. Ramos-Rivera truly stood out. She is down-to-earth, exceptionally knowledgeable, and so kind. What meant the most to me was the time she took to really talk with me—she never made me feel rushed and made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. She shared so many thoughtful, practical recommendations that made me feel confident and supported in caring for my dogs.
