Steven was responsive in communications and patient with revising quotes as needed. He addressed multiple repair issues in our rental property which included: installing new Armstrong Wood ceiling tiles in bathroom, recaulking of kitchen counters and a shower stall, installed new quarter round trim in bathrooms and replaced a bedroom door. All of his work was quality and he was very careful to protect other surfaces. He was fantastic at cleaning up after all of this work which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use him in the future if needed!

Steve did a number of repairs to the outside of my house from water damage over time. I have to say he does things right and takes no short cuts. He is meticulous with his work and it shows in the quality of the product. He gave options throughout the three projects. He is professional, arrived on time and went above and beyond what I expected. He takes pride in his work. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of work. He always cleaned up when finished and left nothing behind. I won’t hesitate to contact him again for any further work.
