“Steven was responsive in communications and patient with revising quotes as needed. He addressed multiple repair issues in our rental property which included: installing new Armstrong Wood ceiling tiles in bathroom, recaulking of kitchen counters and a shower stall, installed new quarter round trim in bathrooms and replaced a bedroom door. All of his work was quality and he was very careful to protect other surfaces. He was fantastic at cleaning up after all of this work which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use him in the future if needed!”
