“LOVE my new Bathroom! Working with Joe and the Colebrook team was an absolute pleasure . Helping us every step of the way from A-Z , making suggestions and being so timely made the process super smooth . Everyone who worked in my home was professional and always courteous. Joe was always attentive and guided us through the whole process which was extremely helpful ! Would ? recommend Colebrook to friends and family !”
“My wife and I interviewed 12 contractors and from first meet, Biilt stood above the rest. During the quote process, they were communicative and respectful of our time. They showed genuine interest in our bathroom project and dialogued ideas and possibilities with us. The design they shared with us was exactly what we were looking for and the quote was lower than the others we had by quite a bit. Interviewing contractors is exhausting but in every way Biilt stood out as the best option. The level of professionalism and respect truly stood out.
They were able to schedule us in a reasonable amount of time and the contracting and billing was made very simple with their website and app. Our project manager was friendly, available, and handled any issues that occurred quickly and without hassle. He kept a close eye on the work and ensured quality.
The main guy who worked on our bathroom, Steve, was so friendly, respectful, communicative, and professional. He talked us through things, answered questions, and had a real eye for small details. He also cleaned up entirely before he left each day. I was shocked at how little dust and debris was tracked out. They put carpet protection down and were just very tidy. He also developed a special bond with our Bernese mountain dog lol. She waited for him by the door every morning. He felt like part of the fam by the end.
We genuinely can’t say enough good things. The experience was so much easier and nicer than I had imagined and we are totally in love with our new bathroom.”
“Clear communication, great attention to detail, friendly team. Can't recommend them enough!”
