We had to drive an hour to come here. We showed up a day early. Oops! They were very gracious to get us in. All 4 of us. We had to wait around a bit. But there was also a cancellation. I would have waited all day if needed because it was our error. They were so nice!! We were in and out in 2 hours total. Dr Allison was great!

They are short staffed like everyone else these days. The prices are good if buying/paying for glasses out of pocket since they don’t take most insurance. They no longer have a doctor on site so you’ll have to bring your prescription from another doctor. Since they have minimal staff you’ll have to be patient and wait for a bit but it gives you time to try glasses on. The vision manager that waited on me was very nice. I got my glasses in less than a week. For the price I’ll go back for other pairs to match my mood or outfit. They open at 9:00. Walk ins…go early, less waiting. Be nice to the ones working…they came to work.

This place was great up until recently. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady had a rude tone with me. I couldn’t find my insurance card in my wallet when she asked for it over the phone. asked if I could bring it with me to my appointment or if it’s on file. She told me that she had a line and to answer my phone when she calls back. I had to go to work so I cannot really promise that I will answer my phone... might be looking into other places.
