The eye exam was through. From the First Ladies (one was in training) I dealt with for the initial tests, to the doctor, made you feel comfortable and at ease. Hollis helped me with choosing the right frames giving her honest opinion about the looks of them when I put them on. She made the process so very easy, showing her recommendations and new products.
I had such a wonderful experience at AB today! My young daughter needed her glasses adjusted, and even though she isn’t a patient there, Hollis was incredibly kind and helpful. We hadn't been able to use her glasses for months because I thought I had to drive a long distance back to the original place we purchased them, but the team at AB made it so easy for us.
Rose was also so personable, and we really enjoyed chatting with both of them. It is rare to find such genuine, welcoming service. Thank you both for your kindness and for helping my daughter get back to wearing her glasses comfortably! I highly recommend this office.
Service was amazing! It’s always a quick and simple process when I go and get my eyes checked! Hollis was great and I loved her energy and how nice and kind she was! When our insurance didn’t show up right she was quick to fix it and make sure it was correct! 100% recommend when looking for affordable and quick eyecare!
