I called and, made eye exam appointment and, what's scheduled and seen by the doctor all in the very same day. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles and kindness and everybody was very pleasant it, was a very pleasant environment. I had an eye exam a pair of prescription glasses and contacts paid and, out the door all within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this American Best in Butler county.
I went in yesterday to look for some glasses for my daughter. I dont know much about glasses but was SO grateful for Will. He took the time to go through all the additional add ons you can do for glasses. Asking things like if she was sensitive to sun light (she is) so we could add the transitional lenses and anti-glare features, which I didn't know about! He took the time to go over many options and helping us find glasses to fit her face! He never rushed us and helped us find something suited specifically for her needs, within our price range! I've been in this business for quite some time. And I have to say, taking care of ourselves and presenting ourselves in a professional manner has definitely dropped to the wayside I would have liked to seen a little more professional dress. Whenever I was in there, I think wearing loud obnoxious t-shirts. Whether it be a band shirt, there should always be some type of professionalism.. we obviously need to bring the dress code back, cut back. 🤔
