“I recently had surgery and was in a lot of pain. I was referred to Grace by the surgeon office. I had a session with both Grace and her daughter. They both were amazing. I felt like a new person after I left. I attribute my speedy recovery to them both. They also helped me how to heal my back pain which was not part of my surgery. They gave me tips on how to continue to heal and use proper posture for the whole body. The swelling decreased so much within the first week of surgery. Thank god I found them.“

“WOW! I have chronic tension in my right shoulder and new tension that began a week ago in my left neck / shoulder. The therapist very firmly suggested that ALL my knots work themselves out (I think she used her elbows!) and now I feel like a wet noodle. The place is no-frills - there was no intake form, no discussion of where my tension was, no "whom do we call in an emergency?" - none of that. I walked in, told the staff member I was here for my appointment, and she showed me to a room and (after I got undressed and on the table), went to work on all my knots and tight muscles. it was terrific, and their pricing seems really reasonable as well.“
