I stopped in to see if I could get a replacement skeleton key for an old dresser I was restoring. Erik was great and had some excellent advice for me in trying to find the right key.. or even how to make one if needed. Still on the quest for the right key but Erik pointed me in the right direction. Always try to support local first, it makes a difference to them and usually get the best results.

High quality, cost effective, honest work! Communication was a little hard at first (voice mail was full right before Easter and one of my emails didn't go through) but once we were in touch, Erik was super communicative via call/ text. It took a longer than if I had worked with a different locksmith because a) the higher quality lockset I wanted was backordered, and b) Erik offered to return fee of charge the following week to adjust the color of my existing deadbolt strike because the new one from the lockset was smaller/ didn't fit quite right. This is the only lock company that my family has been able to consistently rely on. I started coming there with my father when I was a little boy, and have been using them myself ever since. They now how to treat everyone with respect. A lot of businesses could take lessons from them.
