“Sylvia has been making blends for my cat, Metro, since he was 2 years old. He is now 11. He was not weaned properly as a kitten so his anxiety can get pretty terrible. For the first 2 years, we struggled to figure out what to do, he nervously burrowed into furniture, he would eat and gnaw on things to the point he would make himself sick, until we found Seven Sacred Breaths. Adding or removing things to fit into Metro's current energy. If we are away or we miss the routine of his blend, it is definitely noticeable with his behaviors. I give Metro a drop or 2 before meals, it's become part of the routine to get his blend before he gets his food. He loves it! Besides being knowledgeable about flower essences, Sylvia is a great resource for anyone interested in non-conventional healing.“

“My friend and I showed up for a scheduled massage at 4pm only to find out we weren’t in the computer. Our confirmation showed up there and I had the text reminder on my phone but some snafu happened with the computer. At first we were told there was no one available to do our massages. I calmly asked how they might resolve this. Akira, who was helping us went to the back room a few times and somehow made it work. I think a therapist stayed past her time and another magically appeared. Not sure how she did it, but we were very happy with how Akira professionally handled the situation.
