He quickly identified the real issue, it wasn’t my back or shoulder like I thought, but actually coming from my neck, caused by my posture at work. He showed me the correct stretches, and I felt improvement in my neck right after the first session.<br><br>After the second session, my rhomboid pain was reduced by about 50%.
