My backup battery, which was installed over 8 years ago when the house was built, recently died. Brother Security was the original installer so I called them and left a message. Even though I'm not a current customer they walked me through the process. I ordered a new battery from Amazon and all is well. They may have just acquired a new customer. Thank you.

It may have took a while to get the work scheduled and completed, but Joe came out today and I'm very happy with the work! He was respectful and completely cleaned up afterwards. The cost was reasonable and I will be using Brothers again in the future.
