After sending me to see an ENT and the ENT not being able to schedule sinus surgery for two months Dr. B found another equally as good ENT to take me right away. I have doctors in both the burbs and the city .Most of my doctors have switched their offices to Delco and I will continue to come here For those complaining about nurses keeping a patients room clean what decade are you stuck in .That's a housekeeping job Complain to that department. To the person who complained about an unmanned desk Maybe you can volunteer your time (like most of these people do) and the unmanned problem will be cleared or better yet stay in Delaware you don't seem to be the customer service type“

“The health center is located in a very accessible area central to all areas. Parking is plentiful & the Campus is very Serene. There are plenty of restaurants, markets & financial institutions in the vicinity. The directions are very easy to follow to get there. The Employees really make you feel appreciated, valued & welcome. I love the atmosphere. The waiting rooms are calming & bright. The seats are very comfortable. The wait to be seen is very short. I regard them with high esteem and refer them to anyone looking for thorough & professional care and support“
“Extremely friendly staff. Easy access for wheelchairs. Knowledgeable and helpful security at door. Quick and easy check-in both upstairs and at entrance. Very convenient parking with close buses 37(less than five minute walk), close 68 and 36 trolley accessibility. Doctors are very patient and value your time. You're the priority.TIP: at last visit, the air-conditioning was out. Very uncomfortable during hot temperature day which is why the four Stars. Get there on time or you may be delayed as doctors move to next patient. Don't waste time as the staff wants you taken care of quickly. Route 68 (every hour) bus is at the parking lot. Route 37 bus is on Lindbergh Blvd. so be extremely watchful of speeding traffic. You'll have to cross Island Ave to get to/from the 36 trolley so be wary of the fast traffic their also. “Amazing doctor, office stuffs could have been better.Let me start by saying that Dr. Moldovan is just amazing. She is always on point, very thorough and caring. We have been with her for many years and always had great experience. She is pure joy to deal with and you will have the best treatment possible from her. She cares for her patients a lot.Issue is, the office stuffs are inefficient and they use very dated system. Also they need new stuffs there with better and caring customer focus.Really hope that she will look into this.“

“Don't understand the low stars I have been coming here since I was 16 years old. The doctors are all great especially Dr. Connor! Very clean and professional clinic! I use the Healow application it makes scheduling appointments a breeze versus calling to make an appointment. They also refill medications and respond to messages on there as well it's very convenient and times have changed so get the app. The front desk for my experience has always been polite they have a lot of patients and a lot of work besides answering phones and checking patients in for appointments so if you need to get in touch the app saves you a lot of time.“
