What human being answers the phone on a Sunday afternoon when it’s 90° outside and your thermostat is already reading 80°… and what technician calls back within an hour - two tops - and tells the honesty that they’re willing to come out on overtime if it can’t wait… and who fits you into an appointment the next day and has your AC back in business by mid-afternoon… This is exactly what took place with Triangle and I could not be more thankful. im posting this for my buddy chris who doesnt have a google account. he just wanted to say this company is amazing they are the real deal ben has been doing his HVAC and his families hvac for years and they have been nothing but the best. on tuesday july 2nd his air conditioning went out and he got in contact with jim because ben was on vacation jim came out the next day quickly figured out the board was bad he told chris he would call him back with a price and about a half hour later he did this man went down to the carrier supplier got the board and came back out to install it all in the same day on july 3rd to be exact about an hour before quiting time and before a... read full review
