HIGHLY RECOMMEND LT Granite & Cabinet! Actually, 5 stars is not a high enough rating. I just had a complete kitchen remodel and LT Granite & Cabinet did my design, my cabinets and my quartz countertops. Holly was the person who assisted me with picking out my cabinet style and color and my quartz. She was a wealth of knowledge and had so many wonderful ideas. As you will see from my photos, my kitchen came together beautifully, Thanks Holly! Next, Eric, a partner, came to my home to do the measurements and layout.(there is a nominal $200 charge for this service, however if you place an order with them it is deducted from your invoice.) Within a week, I received a sketch of Eric's design. He reconfigured my old kitchen layout so as to have better flow. Within days, Chloe, a partner, put together a very detailed list of all cabinets, materials, and components needed for my job. The total price was quoted at that time and I must say, there were no surprises or added on charges. The price Chloe quoted me was the price I paid! One of the things I loved about this place is that they always made themselves available to me when I stopped in or phoned with questions. It took approximately 3 weeks for my cabinets to arrive and Chloe arranged for an install date. The install team arrived at my home on the days that were scheduled AND on time! Derrick, was the lead installer on my job. His attention to detail was incredible! I have never seen such perfect miter cuts. What an asset to this company! Install took about 4 days. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up the kitchen and all areas they used. You would never know they were there. I have high regards for a company and their employees that respect my home! The quality of the materials and cabinets is A +....top of the line and the quality of the workmanship is above that! If you are thinking of using LT Granite & Cabinet to do your kitchen remodel.....do not hesitate! THEY WERE AMAZING!!!
Be sure to read the most recent review on Google. This is why you should never pay until the job is done and the customer is satisfied. You'll just be disappointed unless you enjoy noticeable gaps under the cabinets where the quartz comes together (one piece is almost 1cm higher than the other). When you ask, Chloe will just tell you that this is "standard" and Eric is out of town. I can handle all the misunderstanding and miscommunication during the job, but not poor workmanship. Maybe this review will inspire getting our kitchen to look the way it was supposed to.
My husband and I worked with Cara and she was wonderful! She had a great deal of knowledge and was extremely professional. She helped us decide on a different material for our kitchen when we originally only wanted to look at Quartz. She walked us through many different options and was very patient will all of our questions. Customer service & support are a huge part of this business and Cara made it very enjoyable! We are looking forward to finishing our project with her and the LT Granite team.
