“I contacted Jim on a Friday and he came the following Wednesday to stretch the carpeting in two downstairs rooms. One room is 14x16’ and the other is about 16x18’ with an angled wall that extends the size to 16x21’ on one end. That room is bit more challenging because of a support beam in the center, which is framed in drywall and baseboard, and the carpet had ripples on all sides of the beam. Jim arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He was very nice and personable throughout and explained what he was doing as he proceeded. He clearly has a lot of experience and knew exactly how to address the problem of the support beam. He completed the job in 3 hours and it looks better than new. I am extremely pleased with Jim’s work and would definitely hire him again.“

“Not sure why this says I live in California. We live in the Pittsburgh suburbs.Rich and Paul did a fantastic job of adding hardwood to our family room to replace old carpeting and refinishing our existing (30 years old) hardwood in the foyer, kitchen and powder room, and as well as our steps to the second floor. If you call them and Rich takes a while to get back to you, it's only because everyone wants them because their work is so good that you have to wait a few weeks to get on their schedule. But it's worth it, so be patient and keep calling him!! They're old-school craftsmen and I mean that in the best way. They show up when they say they will, work fast, clean up thoroughly when they're done, and are meticulous about the work they do.FYI, we had originally contacted Molyneaux for a carpeting estimate and they gave us a ridiculously inflated price over $4K for a 15X16 room. We sent them on their way and had Calabrese install, custom-stain and finish new oak hardwood in the same room for about 40% less. As soon as we can afford it, we're having them rip up the carpeting and install hardwood in our dining and living rooms, next. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!“

“I turned to Rusmur for help after another North Hills flooring business stopped returning my calls regarding my request to replace damaged tiles in an order that I received. My kitchen remodel was on hold until the floor could be completed and I was more than a little stressed.Cameron at Rusmur patiently listened to my tale of woe, expressed the appropriate sympathy, and promptly arranged to get the box of replacement tiles to me within 5 days - not business days, just 5 days -- and sold it to me at cost.I was so grateful for their support during a stressful kitchen remodel that I immediately placed an order and purchased the flooring for my living room, dining room, entry, and hallways from them instead of from the business I had been working with.The Korlock Select stone-look tile for the kitchen and Braemer Oak for the other rooms looks wonderful and my contractor said it has been very nice to work with.Couldn't ask for a better outcome at this point.“
