Of course I get a plumbing emergency on Labor Day..LOL. But surprisingly Len The Plumber got me on their schedule within an hour. Jamin was professional, gave good advice and fixed our problem and cleaned up at the end. Definitely on my list of top professional services!!!
I called Len the Plumber and was able arrange for an appointment the next day. Steven Marshall came out and performed a thorough inspection of our system after a small basement fire caused some HVAC wiring to need to be replaced. He explained his process and took the time to answer my numerous questions. He quickly made a needed repair and also made extremely helpful suggestions. He was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful; a true professional and a genuinely nice person.
Jason was here for a major leak in our condo. Got here fast and was very informative and professional and fixed our leaks in a quick and professional manner. Now our tenants can return home. Would highly recommend him again to anyone. Great plumber and company.
