John Ferro heads up a wonderful company. He helped us, with his team including Stian, James and Dominick, by installing a new ( and much needed ) new furnace. Great Owner who cares not only for his company but also for his customers, knowledgeable employees, great products delivered at a great price in a timely manner along with excellent customer service. Ferro Fuel always delivers. I called and was concerned about the upcoming snow and not being able to access the back yard and they sent a person out immediately. The driver always makes sure my dogs are in the house before opening the gate. All around great customer service and it’s been this way for 10 plus years.
