“I just had my first baby via unscheduled C section. PT was suggested to me during my pregnancy but I didn’t make that a priority. I stayed active during pregnancy and figured that would be enough. I’ve been working with Angela with core, balance, and overall full body (addressing things I’ve just ignored).
Between the in office exercises and the home exercises, I’ve been feeling better and stronger each visit.
