Arthur “Art” Herling is CRAZY. Here’s what happened.

I called Art about Marc Salamone’s new Trillium community a few times and he never answers the phone or returns calls. After a few more calls, he finally answered the phone. Here’s the conversation:

Me: Hi Art, I’m calling as I’m interested in the Marc Salamone Trillium community. Are there any quick deliveries?

Art: Call Patricia.

Me: Who’s Patricia? Aren’t you the broker listed for this community? Do you know if there’s any quick deliveries available?

If you are a Property Owner looking for a pretty decent PROPERTY MANAGER BEWARE!!!! This "team" of Property Managers probably falls into the category of the WORST property management on the East Coast. Let's see: "Misplace" security deposits - Check! Take 2 months or LONGER to handle maintenance issues- Check! "Forget" to obtain keys by the landlord, for months, for property in which they manage - Check! Apply fraudulent charges onto tenant accounts - Check! Non-disclosure of MAJOR property issues - Check! Agree to something one day and the next day, change the agreement - Check! Check! And Double Check! I feel really bad for the landlord who chose these two to manage their property. The landlord may not even be aware that their tenants are pursuing legal action against them, because the property managers will probably "forget" to let them know about the issues. It's obvious that these two individuals are focused on something other than REAL ESTATE/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
