Jeff helped us buy our new home and was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in evaluating the homes we toured and helping us make decisions throughout the process. Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the house buying process. He truly listened to what my family was looking for and made sure to call out things we were overlooking on listings that were too good to be true (low rated school districts, potential issues with roofing, siding types and water damage). He was very knowledgeable during walk throughs and the home inspection and took time to teach us things to look out for. He was able to give us the right amount of information in a way we could understand to make an informed decision, and also helped us to envision our future in our home that was not cosmetically perfect. My wife and I recently worked with Jeff in the purchase of our first home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Philadelphia area. He had great knowledge about the challenging housing market and guided us through the whole process. Jeff was extremely patient and understanding as we searched for houses and never rushed or pushed us into making decisions. He is also very knowledgeable about home construction and things to look out for in each house. Would highly recommend!
