“NEPA Builders gave the exterior of our home a total makeover. They did a total roof tear off and repair, siding tear off and installation, new gutter, trim, the works. It looks and feels like a totally different house. The inside actually ventilates properly now and is remarkably cooler. We were thrilled with our project manager, Matt, who guided us through the whole project and was always available to answer questions. This is an 85 year old home and it definitely came with its challenges but Matt remained professional and was able to navigate through every challenge this house threw at him while keeping things cost effective for us. We also were impressed with Sean who came out to do our initial consultation. My husband and I would definitely recommend them to do any work and would call them again in the future.“

“BF Construction completed my roof installation with new plywood and tear off for 2 layers of shingles. Bob was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work was completed in 1 day and dumpster was picked up first thing the following morning. The crew worked a 12 hr shift to ensure same day completion and it was appreciated. “Roof was in need of repair, although we were unaware how much. Using a drone, they showed us where the areas of rot existed. Workers were quick, efficient, and friendly. Cleaning up during and after job completion. Everyone was polite. Management took our concerns to heart and protected previous work.It rained hard for hours the day after completion of this project. “Fantastic experience with Eastern Roofing! They did a tear-off and replacement on our house with full attention to every detail. Communication throughout with Eric and Rich was excellent. The proposal detailed every aspect of the job - underlayment, drip edge, ice and water membrane, etc. They tarped everything that might have debris land on it and meticulously cleaned up after. They did the whole thing in one day, leaving no concerns about rainfall getting in mid-job. Would definitely recommend this team if you need a roof!“

“My first experience with Bob Brislin was foundation repair, then I realized he does much more. I introduced him to a nightmare kitchen I was living with. Asked if he would be interested in total gut out and redo, I wasn't sure what I wanted but knew what I didn't like. He has impeccable taste for design to compliment his incredible skill in construction. Yes, he took the job on, made all the choices. This turned out even better than I expected. He and his team were very respectful of my home, leaving the work area very clean.

Update. Roof still holding up well. 1 problem we experienced was a lot of nails and debris were left in our rain gutters which we did not realize since it is 2 story building. This created a problem with our drainage since gutters are tied into sewer. Had to pay to have sewer drain cleaned twice. Be sure to check your gutters after they are done working.“
