Imagine the highest rating you could give a company, then take it up a notch! We just can’t say enough good things about our experience with NEPA Builders. At the end of 2019, we approved their quote to replace our roof the following Spring. When the pandemic erupted, and we put the project on hold, Toby and Ryan were understanding, patient, and 100% focused on making sure we were comfortable. During the next three years, they communicated with us regularly, inquired about our health, popped over to check on materials and seal old nailheads, and – quite frankly – earned our trust and respect. When we finally felt good about proceeding, the project was completed in just a few days. After a thorough cleanup, you could hardly tell a construction crew had been on our property – except for the gorgeous new roof installed with meticulous attention to detail. In addition to honoring their labor quote from 2019, NEPA Builders moved quickly to secure our materials before shortages and pandemic-related price increases could impact the job. Although we negotiated terms with Toby, Ryan served as our Project Manager. Prompt, courteous, cheerful, and professional, he returned texts and calls quickly and showed up on time every time. When we realized our 30-year-old skylights needed replacing, Ryan identified the original manufacturer and sourced an updated version that perfectly fit the existing structure (no new construction needed). Just a great job all around, by terrific people. We’re already making a list of new projects for them.
