My call was promptly returned, by Bill, an appointment was set up and the rug was removed to be cleaned in their shop. Their service was professional, friendly, punctual and affordable. The rug looks great. Mackenzie came to lay the rug down and even helped me move my furniture back. I will highly recommend them.“

He and Henry picked the rugs up in Honesdale (for a small fee...we're 45 minutes from Scranton), cleaned them expertly and brought them back looking like new. We expected that the work would be impeccable from all the other reviews we read. And it was!! Not cheap but worth every penny. What we didn't expect was to learn about the place of origin and age of all of our OTHER Oriental rugs...we have a lot of little rugs we were given by a collector in the family.
