“My wife and I had KSL replace our long overdue windows. Kurt and his office was prompt in communicating from the beginning of the job to the end. Kurt and his crew installed 7 windows at our home and made such a huge difference. His team also went out of their way to reframe and add trims around the window, replaced J channels on the outside of the windows and also fixed soffit that wasn't part of the scope of the job. Throughout the installation his team was professional and mindful of my wife, dog and newborns being home. They left the house exactly the way it was before they came and couldn't tell they installed and performed work at our place. 2011 -We followed the Erie Insurance process for a complete house, garage and patio roof replacement with hail damage. (We selected JM Builders out of the 3 local contractors.). We also selected the shingles with a LifeTime Warranty.
These men contained high standards of work ethics and workmenship. Each man maintained a high standard of safety by following all the necessary Safety Codes. (A top quality job was completed in 2 1/2 days).
2025- We contacted Sandy in December with a roof leak. Together with JM Builders, we provided the necessary warranty contract information to this company representative.
At the top of July, Nathan and I, had a full home, garage and patio roof replacement completed by JM Builders. They respectfully honored our warranty contract.
Once again, we were well pleased with their employees containing a high standard of work ethics and workmanship. Each man maintained a high safety standard by following all Safety Codes. ( A top quality job completed in 2 1/2 days)
