Love this practice. The staff are very nice and attentive. Val the PA is one of the best I’ve come across, she has a lot of knowledge and is very detailed. Erica the phone receptionist is very sweet and does her best to get me in ASAP if needed. Highly recommend this place.
Doctors Manley and Kane are great. Cannot say the same for their current NP, Nikki Hrycko. She is rather rude, no proper "bed side" manner and speaks in a condescending tone to patients. Doesn't seem like she treats the staff very nicely either from what i see when I wait at the desks. Acts like she doesn't want to practice medicine but it's too late since she already got the degree. Inconvenient hours for anyone who has a job, if you call past 8:30am then youre not going to get an appointment.
