I have been going have for blood work for years but check in time is slow but even worse is waiting to get called for the blood work today 1 hour. Last time more like 1 and a half this total time I have to find somewhere else by the way everyone in the waiting room was complaining
I’ve been to this location several times over the past year. The staff at this location are the only thing worth talking about how kind and compassionate they are. On another hand The wait time to get checked in and then to see a medical professional here is absurd.
I want to give the biggest shout out to Christina C and Jen C who were on duty in the phlebotomy lab on Saturday October 11. They patiently waited for my autistic son to be ready to have his blood taken. They treated him and us with respect. This was out third attempt and they were able to make it happen.
