We were using a large company before switching to MicroAide, and we always got a different person that needed to learn our system before helping us. Now we are very happy with the quick personal service with MicroAide. For our business they are doing backup (cloud and onsite), server monitoring, and all the user/server problems we encounter. We highly recommend them.
We have used MicroAide for close to 20 years and never once thought about looking elsewhere. The service, knowledge of our business, and overall satisfaction dealing with Carl or Darrin is second to none. Any I.T., payroll, Peachtree or Sage issues are handled immediately and done right the first time. Knowing they are available anytime we need them is peace of mind for our company.
