“We were using a large company before switching to MicroAide, and we always got a different person that needed to learn our system before helping us. Now we are very happy with the quick personal service with MicroAide. For our business they are doing backup (cloud and onsite), server monitoring, and all the user/server problems we encounter. We highly recommend them.”
“Dave was great to work with and brought new lift to my 13 pro max. Quick turn around on the battery replacement and communication was great. Thank you again!”
“After trying repeatedly to get my laptop to stop crashing after a Windows update. I took it to Perrone Technologies in Lebanon. Orlando diagnosed the issues, corrected them and had my laptop back to me so that I was able to work. I will definitely go back the next time I have a problem with something and I won't wait 3 or 4 days.
Nice guy, he even stayed after hours so that I could pick it up. Excellent customer service.”
