After purchasing a home in Mount Washington, Pittsburgh, I contacted Miller Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to service our hot water heater. During their inspection, they discovered that our existing gas water heater and furnace were venting through a chimney with a failed liner. Since the chimney was no longer safe to use for exhaust, both the water heater and furnace needed to be replaced to bring everything up to code.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Our leaking water heater needed immediate attention, and while another company couldn't perform the work for over a week, Miller had a crew at our home the very next morning. Allan and his helper were professional, friendly, punctual, and did exceptional work installing our new water heater, pressure regulator, and expansion tank. The workmanship was beautiful, the cleanup was thorough, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We are 100% satisfied and would gladly use Miller again for future plumbing needs.
