They seem like nice enough people. It was my first visit. The dog came home clean, but smelled like someone dumped a bottle of cheap drugstore cologne on her. Honestly gave me a sore throat from the stench. I called and they told me to wipe her with a wet rag. I did and it didn’t help. I don’t know who would want their dog to smell like this. I’ve never had a groomer perfume my dog so I didn’t know I needed to even specify for them not to do it. Also, they trimmed the long fluffy hairs on her haunches, which I usually love because she’s a lab and it’s part of her look. I’m sure they’re good at what they do, but it’s just not for me.

My Archie just loves his visits to his new favorite spa. He comes out smelling and looking great each and every time, but best of all is he comes out as happy as can be. So glad we found Angel and Kathy.

Great experience for our 9 month old pup. She looks and smells terrific. Couldn't be happier. They were very accommodating when I had to work around getting my hubby back & forth to a doctor visit and couldn't pick our dog up as soon as she was ready. Looking forward to our next visit!
