Groomingdales is a pet grooming business that caters to dogs, cats, rabbits, and occasionally pigs. They believe in pampering pets from head to paw and work closely with owners to meet their pets' individual needs. The salon has a socialization-focused approach, avoiding crates and encouraging pets to interact with each other. Many clients have reported positive experiences, with pets leaving the salon looking and smelling great, and most importantly, happy. The staff is accommodating and flexible, making it a convenient option for pet owners. The groomers are known for their kindness and knowledge, and they take their time to achieve the desired grooming results, even if a pet has a few knots. The prices are considered very reasonable, and the overall experience is seen as positive and enjoyable for both pets and owners.
I brought my dog Hank who was matted and difficult to comb. Angel was my angel. Hank came back with a beautiful cut. Angel took her time and was patient with Hank. She did so good I brought my other two, Dudley and Otto, to her. Each different cuts. Dudley puppy cut and Otto show cut. They too came home with wonderful cuts. I would highly recommend Groomingdales. From Karen who was pleasant kind and helpful to Angel who was patient listened to my request and very professional. Thank you.
Absolutely amazing. My fiance and I took our samoyed there to be groomed for the first time (weve heard horror stories of people shaving sammys), and they were EXTREMELY kind and knowledgeable. And the level of grooming they do is unparalleled. Highly recommend to anyone who may need a new groomer, or a first time groomer. The prices cant be beat as well!
My dog used to come home in a terrible mood from the last groomer we used. The groomer would not shave her like we asked either. We started taking our dog to Groomingdales last year and it has been such a positive change! Our dog comes home happy and is shaved exactly how we wanted her to be so that she is comfortable in the summer heat.
