Minimal wait for tech evaluation, fair amount of waiting after that. All staff was very pleasant & welcoming & medical attention appropriate. The vet on duty was calm, kind & competent; I had confidence in her recommendations & explanations.Several tests later it turned out there was no problem and my bill was very reasonable. I was eligible for several discounts they offered as well.“
