Amazing care and service from Dr Heather McFarlane. I brought my cat in for breathing issues into internal medicine. Dr. Heather sat down explained all of the possibilities in detail and also the tests/procedures that I could choose to get a proper diagnosis. My questions were fully answered. I was also given a price estimate upfront so there were no surprises and I could make an informed decision on the care for my kitty. They are also in contact with my primary vet so I don’t have to worry about communicating with them. I cannot recommend Dr. Heather enough. All the staff were very kind and compassionate, the vet and aid were both great at explaining what was happening and different medical options. It was a stressful medical situation for my cat, but they made going through it much easier.
My kitten and I had a wonderful experience at BluePearl. She got a wound and I took her there because it was closest. One can never be too careful when it comes to a tiny family member. I was advised that we may have to wait 3-4 hours. Better safe than sorry! As it turned out after we arrived we didn’t have to wait that long. After her assessment by a nurse, we waited in the exam room (not waiting room) for the doctor. The room was large and kitty played or napped, so we were both very comfortable.
