My dog ate antacid tablets which may or may not have contained xylitol so brought him in for monitoring. Other emergency clinics near me had extremely long wait times, so we chose Blue Pearl. Minimal wait for tech evaluation, fair amount of waiting after that. All staff was very pleasant & welcoming & medical attention appropriate. The vet on duty was calm, kind & competent; I had confidence in her recommendations & explanations.Several tests later it turned out there was no problem and my bill was very reasonable. I was eligible for several discounts they offered as well.
I took my dog (3) there this morning because I wasn’t sure what was going on when she was out playing in the yard and started acting like she was choking and had some bleeding. The staff were so kind and caring and calming. It ended up being a piece of a stick they removed. I am so grateful for them….
They are very quick to get you in. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. The vet was quick to come into the room to take care of our baby. They explained everything well and treated her. The only thing I would warn people is they are very expensive. Of course, our babies get sick on the weekend and it's an emergency hospital. All in all, they are there when you have an emergency with your pet and your vet is closed.
