Qualitech Heating and Cooling inc provides HVAC services in Philadelphia, PA. The team completed annual service for an AC unit at a parent’s home, and the team did a great job. Customers would not trust any other company for their HVAC needs. Qualitech replaced quite a bit with an A/C, and the following two summers had random issues at the start of the summer, likely not related to their work. They were prompt, kind, respectful of the house. They took their time to check multiple systems, walk through questions, and helped find all vent dampeners in the basement to even out airflow. Initial service was well priced, and follow up service was above and beyond. One call at 8:30am was repaired by 1:20pm, with a diagnosis spot on and explanation thorough. Another service call had no heat at 27 degrees, and 90 minutes from phone call to heat. They diagnosed and explained the problem, had part in truck, repaired, and changed the filter. Knowledge, workmanship, and taking time to explain everything had a great price. A thermostat stopped working in a rental property while out of the country, and one call solved the issue, with the tenant back up and running with heat.

I just had service done by Arsen Pasho and Alex on Aug.20th, 2026.
The 2 gentlemen were absolutely outstanding. They took apart the mini split, took it outside and washed it spotless as well as cleaned the outside condenser and filled a gaping hole that had been left open for years. My neighbor came over and now he is going to have his mini split cleaned as well. Tremendous job and our 8 yr old mini split looks like it's brand new and in fact is now working like it’s brand new.
Do not hesitate to have Qualitech and these men do your HVAC work! They are SUPERB!!!

Qualitech has been great! We had them replace quite a bit with our A/C and the following two summers we had random issues pop up at the start of the summer (likely not related to their work).
They were prompt, kind, respectful of our house. They took their time to check multiple systems, walk us through whatever questions we had, and even helped us find all of our vent dampeners in the basement to help us even out our airflow in the house.
Their initial service was well priced, and done well, but their follow up service has truly been above and beyond. Grateful to have found them!
