Alternative Solutions Heating and Cooling is a family owned business serving Philadelphia and Bucks County since 2011. Customers search all over for HVAC systems and find them the best to do business with, offering a great system at a great price with warranty included. They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced with quality workmanship. Clients use them for everything from service at home to new construction installation, and are super happy with their response time and quality of work. They are affordable, honest, and highly recommended. They are on time, accommodating, with reasonable pricing and great attitudes. They are hard working, real individuals with an outstanding work ethic, on time, responsible, and 100% professional.
My daughter had work done, met some of the crew while it was being completed and all I can say is very good honest people with reasonable pricing. They could’ve talked her into wasting more money or overcharged her and didn’t. When I’m ready for an upgrade I know who I’ll be calling.
Staff was great and easy to talk too, super helpful during a stressful situation. This last heat wave was crazy, needless to say we’d all be a melted puddle in my house without ASHC
Woke up to a warm house the day before the weather was supposed to heat back up. Called Alternative Solutions and Matt sent a crew right out. I expected another attempt to get me to upgrade my very old unit like previous companies pushed me to do but nope! My tech took a look at things, found the problem and 30 min later the place was cooling down. Simple, affordable, no pressure to purchase a new unit and now when it really is time for a new unit I know who I can trust.
