“They did a great job. All I needed was my fob key cut; I called one day and they said a technician would call the next day to schedule an appointment for me to come in. Sure enough I did get a call in the morning and was able to head over. Within no more than 15 minutes the technician was done cutting the key. What I appreciated most is that he did make sure I used the new key before leaving. He wanted to make sure it was able to both lock and unlock the car door; so glad he took the time to see the job all the way through. Efficient service.“

“Had my car key and fob duplicated a little over a week ago by Shay for a reasonable price. Not sure if the machine used to cut the keys needed calibration but there were some cutting errors when he examined it. I had two keys cut and both ended up with an extra notch made when compared to the original (top key in photo). The keys still worked but would have preferred it if the duplicates matched the original more since I do not know how it will hold up long-term (similar to how you can use an incorrect bit size on a screw sometimes but it may strip over time) and it would suck if I needed to buy more blanks and make another copy in the future because of this. Another issue was scheduling since automotive keys need an appointment and it took multiple calls and messages and over a week to confirm a time that worked. He also asked many personal questions, like age, ethnicity, etc., when making small talk during the key cutting, which I was fine with and answered, but he wouldn't answer when I asked him the same in return so communication could be improved. Shay was having a bad day so I cut him some slack but, if the machine could make exact copies and the scheduling was smoother, it would be 5 stars.“
