My first encounter with this company was great - very responsive and professional. Then when they sent me the quote for new doors, I approved it. After returning the quote and asking for updates, after 5 weeks was told we don't want to work with you and never ordered your doors. No professionalism at all!!! Had called once and week and was always told - we will call you when the doors arrive. Totally disappointing and SUPER unprofessional. The President of the company who sent the quote was not even polite enough to tell me himself or call when it was requested. DO NOT USE THEM!!
