“I was referred to Dr. Noah Eger for the ongoing monitoring of my eye condition along with being fitting for scleral lenses for my condition. I have seen a total of eight ophthalmologist and two optometrists and Dr. Eger has been the best experience out of all of them, being right alongside my family optometrist who caught the issue in the first place. Him, and his staff, are lovely to be around. They are attentive and kind, and after almost three years of dealing with my medical condition, I finally feel like I can take a deep breath knowing that I am in Dr. Eger's, and his staff's, care. My appointments are always on time, my concerns are listened to, and I finally feel that I am on the right path. My insurance has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with, and Dr. Eger and his staff have advocated for me through the entire ordeal. I am not one to write reviews unless I believe them to be necessary, and this is one of those cases where I believe it is. I cannot thank this office enough for what they have done for me.“

Through a series of tests, they identified that her eyes were having issues working together which is why she was a slow reader and couldn't copy this down from the board easily. “Amazing service... my mom bought frames there last year, but they've been loose. We finally stopped this afternoon to have them adjusted. It's hard for her to get out of the car, so I walked in with the glasses and asked for them to be adjusted. The person there said he'd come out to the car -- he did, took them in for one adjustment, checked them out then took them back and adjusted again ... then came back to the car and gave them to my mom. Perfect fit, and it made it soooooo much easier for him to come talk with her.THANK YOU!!!!!“

“I needed glasses ASAP, and they were able to make a pair that would work for me in a couple of hours for a reasonable price. The full set of options that I wanted for long-term use couldn't be done in-house, but they said they could ship them to me. I can get glasses a little cheaper at some online-only places, but having a physical store where I can double-check the fit is very helpful, especially when I'm looking at frames that don't have adjustable nose pieces. This place seems to be the best of both worlds; I can locate frames that should be the right size online where that's easier to do and then go to the store to make sure they're comfortable and place the order.“

“My whole family are patients of DR. Horowitz and have been for years...she is simply the best...so careful to check thoroughly, has sophisticated diagnostic equipment to give a comprehensive exam, takes time and takes you seriously always seeking to help you feel and see better...these things have been true for years, but last month, I had cataract surgery and my eyes were very different prescriptions afterwards...this is a temporary, but frustrating situation...Roberta helped me enormously! First, she had adjustable glasses that could be dialed to work for either eye while I waited for my eye to heal...then she knocked out the lens of my glasses that covered my "New" eye which helped balance my vision - and blessedly, she got me new lens for my eyes, old and new, that have restored me to good vision...you don't what you have until you don't have it, but if you're lucky, you have a resourceful and caring eye doctor who makes it her business to help you where you are...an oh, her frame selection is fabulous! MY glasses never fail to elicit compliments because they are unique and gorgeous...go to Dr. Horowitz - you will be glad you did...and all that has been said about the family atmosphere, the friendliness of Debbie and Julia - all true...high quality care from genuinely nice people!“
