“Got my brows waxed and tinted today by Meghan , as a walk in. I would reccomend making an appointment but I got lucky this morning with an open appointment. She did a great job making me feel comfortable , virtually pain free waxing and plucking my brows and a strong tint. Really glad to have found a place near Pottstown that is CLEAN and really cute inside. Everyone was super nice and the wax was $15. I did tinting for like an extra $20. Will be coming back for sure.“

“After a very upsetting experience at collegeville Ulta I came back to my regular home store in Pottstown and was reminded why I never go anywhere else for my Cosmetics !

I was greeted when I walked in and then assisted by Jessica with the products I was interested in. I asked about a few I hadn’t tried yet and while she was color matching me she offered to try them on me to see if I liked them. I usually just get a powder foundation but she made fantastic recommendations and I ended up purchasing two additional foundation items during my visit . She noted that the powder I usually get was out of stock and she can order it online at the front and it’ll be free shipping - I mentioned a perfume I had been wanting and it’s online only and she took care of ordering this for me as well! It was the value size and there were coupons and all !

She was super warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable - I told her how I have never had a poor experience at Pottstown and she told me she was the GM. I’m not sure how long she’s been the GM for but she’s amazing. I wish I remembered some of the other ladies names who have helped me previously but I don’t .

Best location to go to hands down - even if I ever move I’ll drive a little farther to come back here !

I hope the manager at collegeville can take some notes .. it doesn’t do any good to have a prestige brand store with exclusive brands if your team won’t help people with the products .

She cut my hair so awesomely and advised the best looking cut out of the ones I had picked. I couldn't have asked for a better person to cut my hair. To say cutting my hair short was a tear jerker for me, as I had long hair my entire life. Krista's personality is so beautiful. Thank you for a great job.
