This has become my go-to spot for all my hair products. The owners are always friendly and genuinely willing to help. I’m so glad I found this location because the prices are reasonable and the selection of products and hair at this store is huge!
I really love them as people! like seriously whenever you walk in they’re always so nice, happy &’ willing to help! Not to like.. throw race in here forreal but as a black woman, i can’t explain how many times i’ve walked into a store &’ have gotten followed or given certain looks.. they don’t do that here. EVERYONE is treated kindly &’ fairly. they even wish you a happy holidays &’ happy new years even when their holidays fall differently. cute store with everything you’d ever need &’ convenient location. parking is a hassle but to me, worth it.
I decided to stop in to grab an eye pencil and hair glue. To my surprise I was greeted with some old school soul music and a warm welcoming. Now I was taken back a bit because I am so used to the total opposite. Amy was putting out new products along with her husband. She stopped what she was doing to help me locate what I needed. While checking out she was still engaged and was telling me about the new hair products she was putting out. She walked me to the area to show the variety of the new hair after checking me out. I was set on getting knotless braids this weekend but because of my experience just within those 5 minutes I was in there made me come back 5 minutes...read full review
