Joe and his team rescued me from a pretty stressful situation, and I'm so grateful! I'm moving and had some new furniture delivered to my new place. The courier left my brand new sofa sitting out in the rain, leaving me very little time to find a way to get a large 100+ lb couch up four flights of stairs. I called around frantically trying to find a hauling service that offered same-day help, but most tried to make it unbearably expensive and complicated. Joe did the opposite — he was incredibly kind and understanding and let me know that he could come right over.
