“Doctors are great, but they really need a new system for billing. I had to leave 4 voicemails and every time I called they weren’t able to help me for close to 8 months. They weren’t able sending notices that they’d send the bill to collections but there was no way for me to pay it. They don’t have an online system, they didn’t return calls. It was really frustrating trying to pay my bill.“

My experience at this location was great from start to finish. the girl at the front desk was super nice, The doctor listened to the issues I had with my previous prescription, corrected them, and now I have glasses that I can actually wear, And the gentleman who both helped me choose and order my glasses and then also helped me when I picked them up was kind as well. “Very good doctors -- wish they had more customer friendly hours. Sat am and one late hours during the week would be great. Not everyone can get to their office by 3:45 in the afternoon. This is a very old fashioned way to run a practice. One has to schedule months and months ahead for an appointment. Maybe they need more staff?“

“I had a condition where I could not see out of my eye and it was also causing me to be vey dizzy. It was over the holiday break and there were not any eye doctors open. I happened to find Dr. Cargill online and it said he was open. Sometimes just because you are open doesn't mean you are the best one around, but I knew I had to be seen immediately. Let me tell you it was the best "leap of faith" I had ever taken. Not only was Dr. Cargill very thorough and professional, but he also found something that every other doctor had missed (including a hospital). He really took the time to get to the root of the problem and explain everything to me. He then referred me to the hospital because he was afraid of the severity. He not only called me the next day to check on me, he also called me a few days later (On a Sunday) to check on me again since he knew I was being released from the hospital. This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life!! This kind of care and concern for your patients is not something that you learn in medical school.“

All the ladies who kept coming in and out for the eye test did very great, with him with his anxiety.the lady also that helped picked out the frames,she did her best she could to help us out. “Easy to get to. Dr Weed explained everything well. I was disappointed that I was not told Dr Weed couldn’t write a glasses prescription for me. So I had to go to an optometrist after the appointment for my script.“
