“Owner & staff are kind, friendly, easy to work with & are always happy to see my minpin. The facility is clean & tidy with no odors. I love the pictures they post & I like the different events offered to keep my dog active and engaged. My minpin loves going to daycare there & comes home exhausted. I also boarded him there and he was well taken care of. I was 100%satisfied. What else can you ask for.“

“I can’t recommend Bark U enough! I take my dog, Juno, there for daycare and she absolutely loves it. She is a high-energy dog, and a day at Bark U is one of the only things that truly tires her out. I have complete trust in the staff and their ability to provide a safe, fun environment. They are my first go-to anytime I need to find care for Juno, and it is such a relief to feel totally comfortable leaving her with them. Bark U has been a lifesaver, and I'm so happy we have such a great resource this close to home!“

“Maddy groomed our dog and she did a great job. Our dog does nor like to get groomed and can be difficult, but Maddy said everything was good. Never had an issue at Wagsworth or any of their groomers.“

“Myself and my dog learned so much. Flash stayed on site for 2.5 weeks and was retrained with basic commands. I was taught the commands and the correct use of his ecollar. We will most likely go back for boarding and follow up training“

“Very well organized and for us they hit all the basic commands we wanted for our puppy like sit, stay, and much more. Definitely worth going but you do need to practice at home for things to work because they're not miracle workers so expect to do homework to get something out of it. Overall I'd highly recommend them.“

“We switched vets because this is much closer to our home. So far every visit has been smooth and also affordable! Our chow Sandy had a dental with 11 teeth removed…much needed! We plan on switching the rest of our crew over as well! One important factor I love is they require you to call when you arrive. I have a dog reactive lab so this will be a less stressful future visit for me and him! Great practice experience so far! Thank you for treating Sandy with all the care she deserves!“

“We recently celebrated our Dolly's first Gotcha Day anniversary. K9 Resorts Malvern and the fantastic staff has played a huge role in helping Dolly come out of her shell and adjust to her new life with us over this past first year. Dolly regularly comes to small daycare and engages with the staff and other dogs. Usually Kelly or Aiden are at the front desk when we arrive for drop off and they always welcome Dolly with open arms and excitement when she rounds the corner to greet them.

When we arrive to pick up Dolly, Emma, Maddie or Taryn are always there to greet us. They are always forthcoming with fun updates and pictures about Dolly's day and how she continues to come out of her shell with the staff and the dogs.

“i brought my kitty in for an urgent care visit. i was greeted by the very friendly front desk employee. i had a great experience with the front desk, vet and nurses. the vet i saw was very thorough with the exam and explanation for what my cat was experiencing. my kitty got the necessary medication and is all good now! wonderful experience, i would absolutely take my pets here again“

“Our husky has been going to waggy tails for over 2 years now. Sarah and Mikey are the BEST! We have full confidence in the facility, staff, and owners. They have great communication with their clients, sending report cards, and pictures of your dog at the facility. We use their daycare weekly and when we needed them to Board our dog for 9 nights, it went amazing! We are so lucky to have Waggy Tails so close to us. I’d highly recommended this facility!“

“I’ve used What a Good Dog for Manners 1 and 2 with both of my golden retrievers, and I’ve always been so impressed with the entire staff. Every experience has been wonderful. Recently, I scheduled a private training lesson for my two-year-old golden retriever with Mary and Sam, and I truly couldn’t have better things to say about our time together. It was absolutely worth it.

From the very beginning, they took the time to observe and understand the dynamic between me and my dog — even down to watching him get out of the car. In just a short amount of time, they were able to read us so well and give incredibly helpful, thoughtful feedback on how to support his impulsiveness, keep him more engaged, and build a stronger connection during walks.

I’m a hands-on, visual learner, and they went above and beyond to teach and educate me on reactive behaviors, especially around pulling and jumping. They introduced us to the Gentle Leader, which has been absolutely game changing for our walks and has set both me and my dog up for so much more success.

My dog walker came to the session as well, and Mary and Sam were so patient, encouraging, and nonjudgmental with all of us. Their knowledge, calm energy, and willingness to explain the “why” behind everything made the entire experience truly outstanding.

I will definitely be booking another session in December or January and highly recommend working with Mary, Sam, and the entire What a Good Dog team.“
