“Last night I got the call no landlord wants "it's freezing in here!!!!".It was after 5 and and Hal Fish returned my call within minutes and reported to the house within a half hour. Because they didn't have the proper part needed (even checking with the shop!!) Tom came back to the tenant with 3 space heaters to get her through the night!! It was fixed this morning and I could not be happier with the level of service my tenant and I received.Thank you so much!“
